Medusa - the Petrified Sanctum

The first of the Olympus bosses. Six instanced chambers - three open, three rank-gated with better drops - plus paid private rooms, a three-move kit that punishes standing still and praying wrong, and health that scales with the party.

The lair

::medusa lands you in the lobby of the Petrified Sanctum. Through the portal you pick a chamber, and every chamber is its own instance on the same tiles - you only ever see the players in yours.

Donator chambers I - IIIRank-gated+10% / +20% / +30%

Medusa's health scales +50% for every extra player in the chamber, and everyone who does meaningful damage rolls the drop table - there is no single MVP drop.

The kit

She rotates three mechanics, each with a tell and a clean answer:

MoveTellAnswerIf you miss it
Petrifying GazeHer eyes light and she winds up for eight ticksTurn your back - face away from her120-200 and a five-tick freeze as stone climbs you. Cannot be prayed.
Stone SpikesA 3x3 marker under every player, five-tick fuseStep off the marked tiles60-110 as the ground erupts
Gorgon's WrathShe rears - venom (magic) or fangs (ranged)The matching overhead prayer90-150; the right prayer cuts it to a quarter

The gaze does not care about distance - someone who walks in and stands watching eats it from the far wall - and the spikes read the live tile when they fire, so you have to actually move, not just start moving.

Drops and points

Medusa pays 1,500 Olympian Points per kill to every qualifying player, sits on the enchanting Tome table as a world boss, and her unique drops fill their own Collection Log page. Her health is 125,000 solo - the entry boss on the ladder, below Asterion and Polyphemus.
